Allison Marlyn

Allison is a second-year student at the University of British Columbia. She plans to study Classical Archaeology and English Literature, and hopes to one day become a lawyer. Allison also helps run Pride UBC, and is passionate about issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community. Allison loves outdoor sports, especially skiing, cycling, and backpacking. Some of her other interests include reading and writing.








Gaven Sekhon

Gaven is a grade 12 student LA Matheson who enjoys watching sports and movies with friends. He is passionate about getting youth engaged in the community and having their voices heard.






Judith Chen

Judith is in Gr. 9 at Semiahmoo Secondary, and some of her hobbies are ballet, track and volleyball. She is also keenly interested in writing, volunteering, and leadership. This past year, she has organized a fundraiser, worked on a City of Surrey Action Project, and volunteered at various places. She is very excited about STYLE’s youth forum in November!







Kevin Kunimoto

Kevin is entering his first year at Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business, where he is considering a career in marketing. Kevin is a part of the Student Marketing Association, the Inter-disciplinary Entrepreneur Association, and the Anime club. In his free time, Kevin enjoys playing soccer, going to the mall, and listening to music. He also likes to travel; he has been to Australia, Japan, and Norway.






Pallvi Sehijpaul

Pallvi is currently in grade 11 at Sullivan Heights Secondary. She is passionate about empowering and educating youth in the community. She is so excited about this project because it embodies everything youth and the community believe in! She also loves traveling, and believes in experiencing new cultures.







Prachi Brahmbhatt

Prachi has always been closely affiliated with helping the less fortunate and her community in any way she can. Her hobbies include spending time with friends, track and field, and hiking. She is excited to be part of STYLE and hopes to see everyone at the forum in November!





Rochelle Prasad

Rochelle is a grade 12 student attending Queen Elizabeth Secondary. She has a passion for music and has experience in playing the piano, guitar, percussion, clarinet, alto sax, and the bass. When she is not writing or playing music, she is busy volunteering in her community or finding a new trail to hike in beautiful British Columbia. She hopes to change the world in a positive matter, one small act at a time.








Susan Xia

Susan is a first year student entering UBC’s School of Music who has an avid interest in the fine arts. She has played and taught piano, conducted high school bands, and catalogued a music library. She also likes long-distance running, reading fiction, and volunteering. Having done a work exchange program in Quebec, Susan hopes to be able to travel and study abroad in the future!








Yohaan Johnson

Yohaan Johnson is a grade 12 attending Pacific Academy. He is currently enrolled in the IB Diploma Programme. Apart from school, Yohaan is a volunteer with Nightshift and Village Church. Reading, playing chess, and piano are among his favourite pass-times. He is happy to be a part of STYLE and is looking forward to seeing voices being heard during the conference in November.

Seyoung Jeon

Seyoung is a recent graduate of Semiahmoo Secondary’s IB program. She is passionate about youth engagement and creating a dialogue with diverse groups of youth. Seyoung is also involved with debate and public speaking, and coaches students in her free time. An avid traveler, she hopes to explore many new countries in the future.








Trisha Dulku

Trisha is in her last year at Simon Fraser University. She is really excited to be working on this project because she is passionate about community engagement. She is also a Program Coordinator with Racing Readers, an afterschool program created by the SFU TD Community Engagement Centre and the Surrey School District.
